Detection of 23 pairs of chromosomal aneuploidy and whole genome chromosomal abnormalities greater than 100kb.

Sample Requirements


Miscarriage Tissue: Collect more than 150mg, store at 2-8°C. Transport with biological ice packs (2-8°C) within 5 days. Use a centrifuge tube containing preservation solution.


Fluff: Collect more than 150mg, store at 2-8°C. Transport with biological ice packs (2-8°C) within 5 days. Use a centrifuge tube containing preservation solution.


Amniotic Fluid Precipitating Cells (Isolated): Collect 0.2ml, store at -20°C. Transport with dry ice within 72 hours. Use a centrifuge tube.


Amniotic Fluid (Unseparated): Collect 15ml, store at 2-8°C. Transport with biological ice packs (2-8°C) within 72 hours. Use a centrifuge tube.


Umbilical Cord Blood: Collect 2ml, store at 2-8°C. Transport with biological ice packs (2-8°C) within 72 hours. Use an EDTA anticoagulant tube.
